VaryScreen ADME-Tox System

VaryScreen ADME-Tox System

Hudson's integrated screening workcell is designed to provide quick and accurate profiling of ADME and toxicological properties of drug molecules. The basic system contains everything needed to support biochemical assays that measure physicochemical properties of a drug molecules, such as solubility, lipophilicity, pKa and protein binding, and also supports PAMPA and CACO2 permeability assays. It also can measure a drug's affinity towards key toxicological targets, such as hERG, and the various CYP metabolic enzymes.

Flow Cytometry WorkCell

Flow Cytometry WorkCell
The Flow Cytometry work cell provides scientists with an automated sample acquisition system for cellular analysis research. This integrated platform combines the Guava EasyCyte Plus Flow Cytometer with Hudson's PlateCrane EX microplate robot arm and micro10x High Volume Liquid Dispenser.

Label-Free WorkingCell

Label-Free WorkingCell
This Label-Free work cell allows the scientist to automate the acquisition of protein-protein, protein-small molecule binding data as well as cellular assays that can all be carried out on the Forte Bio line of readers using BioLayer Interferometry (BLI) technology. It enables real-time, label-free analysis of biomolecular interactions and to provide information on affinity, kinetics and concentration
